Web access to the Navtel On-Line Help Desk is now available to customers registered under our product Extended Service Maintenance Contract. Use the On-Line Help Desk to view the status of Trouble Tickets, close existing Trouble Tickets and log new Trouble Tickets.
To begin using this service you must have current coverage under Navtel's Extended Service Maintenance Contract and register the technical contacts that are to have access to this service. Registering for this service with Navtel allows us to update our database with current information about our customers. This service streamlines the process of handling inquiries and responding to you in a timely manner. When you register for the On-Line Help Desk you will receive instructions and a user ID and password information (by e-mail).
The on line help-desk registration form will be processed only if an extended service maintenance contract currently covers your equipment. If you have not purchased a contract and would like to have more information about this service, contact your Navtel Sales Representative or email us at info@navtelcom.com to make an inquiry.
