Joe brings over 30 years experience in the data and telecommunications industry and has successfully managed companies from start-up to medium sized entities. Joe is a member of the Board of Directors of Navtel and has served as past President of Navtel Limited and its subsequent entity, NetTest.

Alvin C. Francis - Vice President of Marketing
Alvin has over 10 years of experience in the telecommunications test industry. Previously held positions include Senior Product Manager, Director of Business Development, Director of North America Sales and Director of Marketing.
Mr. Francis holds Bachelor degrees in Physics, Mathematics and Electrical Engineering from New Mexico State University, a Masters of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Masters of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario.

Prabh D. Singh - Vice President Research & Development
Prabh directs and manages all aspects of product development from concept to final release. Prior to Navtel, Prabh spent over 10 years with NetTest in various development and management positions including Director of Technology and Director of Research and Development. Prabh holds a MASc. from the University of Waterloo in Canada.
